multi-protocol networks supported by the ISO. The communications staff spends the majority of their day
maintaining and monitoring the network from the communications support area in the ISO computer room. The
network area contains the necessary equipment and tools to receive alerts and to assist the staff in performing their function. They
provide consulting with OIR internal and external customers on the design and installation of data circuits, DSUs, routers, and all other database and all related network historical data for problem tracking and future planning.
